Privacy

What this site collects, and what it doesn't.

The short version

ComputeVerse.ai has no accounts and no advertising. The calculators run in your browser; your inputs are not sent to us. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to submit: an email address if you subscribe, and any comment you type into the feedback box. For general usage insight we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that records only anonymous, aggregate visit data — no tracking cookies and no cross-site tracking (see the Analytics section below).

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate site usage — such as page views, visitor counts, referring sites, and device/browser type. This data is anonymous and aggregated; we do not collect personal information through analytics, we do not set tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other websites. Because it sets no cookies, it needs no cookie-consent banner.

If you subscribe by email

Your address is stored with our email provider, Resend, and used to send you the reference card you requested and occasional update emails — one or two a month, about new calculators and changes to referenced standards. Nothing else is sent, and your address is never sold or shared beyond that provider. To unsubscribe or have your address deleted, email contact@computeverse.ai and it will be removed.

If you leave feedback

The thumbs-up/down vote, your optional comment, the calculator it concerns, and a timestamp are recorded so we know which calculators help and which need work. Feedback is anonymous — don't include personal information in the comment, and if you do and want it removed, contact us.

What stays in your browser

Bookmarks, your recently used calculators, your theme choice, and a marker that prevents double-voting on feedback are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.

Shared calculation links

When you use “Share”, your input values are encoded into the link itself so the recipient sees your calculation. Anyone you send the link to can see those inputs — share accordingly.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard, short-lived request logs (IP address, page requested, time) used only for operating and securing the site.
