Terms of Use
The terms, in plain language.
1. What this service is
ComputeVerse.ai is a free library of engineering calculators provided for preliminary engineering analysis and education. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. Results are preliminary and educational
ComputeVerse.ai calculators are provided for preliminary engineering and educational purposes. Results are generated from standard formulas and representative reference tables and have not been independently verified for any specific installation. They do not constitute engineering advice and must be reviewed against the applicable code edition and stamped by a licensed Professional Engineer before use in construction, operation, or protection settings.
You are solely responsible for verifying every result, for checking it against the codes and standards that govern your work in your jurisdiction, and for engaging a licensed Professional Engineer to review and take responsibility for any real-world application — including but not limited to construction, equipment operation, protection settings, and safety-related decisions.
3. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that results are correct, that reference values match the code edition in force where you work, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
4. No engineering relationship
Use of this site does not create an engineer–client, consultant, fiduciary, or professional-services relationship of any kind. Nothing on this site is engineering advice, a professional opinion, a certification, or a substitute for the judgment of a licensed Professional Engineer familiar with your specific facts.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site's operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including property damage, personal injury, lost profits, or project delays — arising from or related to use of, or reliance on, the service or its results, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service (the service is free).
6. Acceptable use and content
You may use the calculators, worked solutions, and exported figures for your own preliminary analysis, study, and internal documentation. Do not misrepresent results as certified, stamped, or code-verified output, and do not remove the preliminary-use notices from exported material presented to others.
7. Changes
The calculators, reference values, and these terms may change as the site improves. Material changes to the terms will be reflected on this page; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
